## The Situation

A client's finance team was manually pulling and compiling recurring company and counterparty reports for every reporting cycle — slow, repetitive work that had nothing to do with the team's actual analysis.

## The Approach

We built a scoring model across five evaluation dimensions, then automated the pipeline end to end so the finance team receives a ready report instead of raw filings.

Methodology

### 5 evaluation dimensions

Each company receives a score from 0 to 100, calculated across 5 key dimensions (max 20 points each).

#### Liquidity

Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio — the company's ability to cover short-term obligations.

#### Profitability

Profit margins, ROA, ROE — how efficiently the company generates profit from available resources.

#### Debt Structure

Leverage ratio, solvency — the balance between equity and debt.

#### Growth

Revenue CAGR vs inflation — the real pace of growth over time.

#### Stability

Result consistency, risk history — how predictable and resilient the company is.

#### Final Rating A-E

From A1 (very low risk, 85-100 points) to E (critical risk, below 25 points). Includes history and evolution.

## How It Works

An orchestration layer sits over a national tax-authority and company-registry platform — ANAF and ONRC, in the case this was built for — and normalises the public filings into a ready report. The same orchestration pattern applies to any public or enterprise data source, not just that one.

Detailed financial analysis across 22 sections, generated with advanced AI — for informed decisions.

### What Each Report Includes

Detailed liquidity, profitability, and solvency analysis

Complete comparison with industry averages (CAEN)

Cost structure and operational efficiency assessment

Dynamic analysis: growth, trends, and forecasts

Complete risk assessment with history and recommendations

Actionable conclusions and strategic action plan

## The Stack

Public-registry data ingestion, an AI-assisted scoring engine across the five dimensions, templated report generation, and automated delivery into the finance team's existing workflow.

## Outcome

500+

reports delivered to clients
