The platform had been developed by a third-party company that reached the limits of their capability. The platform could handle only around 50 concurrent users. Growth had stalled. Any peak-demand event — a coach cohort training, a corporate rollout — risked bringing the entire system down. The technology was holding back a global methodology. ## What We Delivered A complete infrastructure transformation covering performance, security, compliance, and operational excellence. #### High-Concurrency Hardening Targeted remediations across pooling, queueing and the process model took the platform from around 50 concurrent users to 2,000+ in production.
