2. Data we collect
wizeri.com is a static pitch site. It has no user accounts and no forms of its own, so the only personal data we ever see is:
- Demo bookings — when you book a demo through the "Book a demo" button, the scheduling details you submit (name, email address, and any notes you add) are collected by our scheduling subprocessor, Cal.com, and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call.
- Contact email — if you email [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
- Server logs — standard technical logs generated automatically at the edge (Cloudflare) and hosting (Hetzner) layers when you visit the site (e.g. IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp), used only for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use your data
- To schedule, confirm, and conduct a demo call you request.
- To respond to emails and inquiries you send us.
- To keep the site secure and to diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell personal data, build advertising profiles, or use your data for any purpose beyond the ones listed above.
4. Cookies
wizeri.com itself sets no cookies. There is no analytics tracker or advertising pixel on this site. The only third-party script that loads automatically with the page is the Cal.com booking embed, so that the "Book a demo" button can open a scheduling widget instantly; loading that script shares your IP address and browser user agent with Cal.com, and if you open the widget, Cal.com may additionally set its own cookies, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.
The homepage also carries a click-to-load testimonial video.
Nothing is requested from Google until you click play — until then
only a self-hosted thumbnail image loads. If you click play, a
privacy-enhanced YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) frame
loads and shares your IP address, browser user agent, and referring
page with Google, and may set its own playback cookies, under
Google's own privacy policy.

We use a small number of subprocessors to run this site and the demo-booking flow:

7. Data security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, through Cloudflare's edge network, which terminates TLS and forwards requests to our origin server hosted on EU-based infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany) — the same server Wiselink SRL uses for its other sites. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data described above against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Data retention
- Demo bookings and contact emails are kept for as long as necessary to respond to you and pursue the resulting business relationship, and no longer than needed for legitimate business or legal record-keeping purposes.
- Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting (typically no more than 30 days), then deleted or anonymized.
