Privacy Policy

Wizeri contacts technology and business leaders at companies across Europe to introduce our services and explore working together. We may do this even if you have not contacted us first. This section explains which data we use, where it comes from, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to stop.

The controller is Wiselink SRL, operating as Wizeri, Str. Principala 369A, Feleacu, Cluj, Romania 407270, Trade Register no. J12/219/2012, fiscal code RO29638172 ("Wizeri", "we"). You can contact us at any time at [email protected].

We introduce Wizeri's services – AI automation, system integrations, software delivery by senior engineering teams and a free initial process audit – to people whose role makes them relevant, for example CTOs, CIOs, heads of IT, engineering, data or R&D, and company founders or CEOs. We may also contact companies about delivery or referral partnerships.

We use only data about your professional role:

• • your name and job title;
• • your company's name, country and industry, and public information about the company (such as its website, reports and press releases);
• • your work email address, a work phone number published by your company, and your LinkedIn profile URL;
• • publicly available professional information that helps us write a relevant message, such as your published posts, talks or interviews;
• • our interactions with you: when and through which channel we contacted you, who sent the message, whether you replied and any preference you expressed.

We do not use special categories of data, private contact details or information about your private life. Our emails do not contain tracking pixels.

If you have not given us your data yourself, we collect it from:

• • your company's website and public reports;
• • professional networks, mainly LinkedIn;
• • press articles, industry publications and conference or event listings;
• • public company registers;
• • introductions from people who know you or our team.

If your work email address is not published, we may infer it from the standard format your company uses. We use an inferred address only after we have verified it and, where the law requires it, after you have agreed to receive emails from us.

We rely on our legitimate interest in promoting our services to other businesses (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; see also Recital 47). Before contacting you, we document an individual assessment which checks that the contact is relevant to your role, that we use only the minimum data necessary and that the impact on you is low. You can ask us for a copy of the assessment that concerns you. We also comply with the e-marketing rules of the country where you work. Where those rules require prior consent for marketing emails, including to business addresses (for example in Austria, Poland, Romania or Latvia), our first contact is through LinkedIn, by phone or through an introduction, and we send offers by email only after you have agreed. For contacts in Switzerland, we also comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We contact you through LinkedIn (a connection request and a message), by work email or by calling a published business number. Each message is written individually and sent by a named member of our team. If you do not reply, we send at most one follow-up, around 7 days later, and then stop. Every message says who we are and how to decline further contact. Our emails also say where we found your contact details and link to this notice.

• • If you do not reply or are not interested, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact.
• • If we start a discussion, we keep the data for as long as the discussion lasts and, if we sign a contract, as described in section 7 (Data Retention) of this notice.
• • If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your name, company and email address on a suppression list, solely to make sure that no one at Wizeri contacts you again, on any channel.

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the Wizeri team members who handle outreach can access it, together with service providers that act on our instructions under a data processing agreement: Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation) – our business email, through which we send messages and receive replies; Google Drive (Google LLC) – where the outreach list and its records are kept. When we write to you on LinkedIn, LinkedIn processes the messages as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

You can object at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, to the use of your data for direct marketing (Article 21(2) GDPR). Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, tell us on LinkedIn or by phone, or write to [email protected]. We stop all contact, on all channels, within one working day and add you to our suppression list. You also have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or the authority in the country where you live or work. We reply to requests within one month.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not create profiles that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
