These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at wizeri.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Services described on this Website

Wizeri is Wiselink SRL's AI Delivery Control Plane: an AI-run software delivery process — specification, implementation, review, security auditing, testing, and deployment — with human decision points kept at the two moments that matter most: confirming acceptance criteria and approving what goes live. The Website describes this offering for prospective clients; it is not itself a product you purchase or an account you create through the Website.

Client engagements

Wizeri platform instances and delivery services are provided to clients under individual written agreements negotiated directly with Wiselink SRL. These website Terms describe use of the wizeri.com website only and do not themselves constitute, replace, or amend that service contract. If you are an existing or prospective client, the terms of your individual written agreement govern the services provided to you.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its infrastructure, or any related systems;
interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation, including through automated scraping that degrades service for others;
use the Website to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
misrepresent your affiliation with Wiselink SRL or Wizeri.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Wizeri name and mark, and the site's design — is the property of Wiselink SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Website pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Third-party links and services

The Website uses Cal.com to let visitors book a demo call, and a click-to-load YouTube embed to show a client testimonial video. Both are third-party services governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, independent of Wiselink SRL. The Website may also link to other third-party sites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
