The Situation
Transitionstudio had built a proprietary survey platform central to their coaching methodology — used by trained coaches worldwide. The platform had been developed by a third-party company that reached the limits of their capability.
The platform could handle only around 50 concurrent users. Growth had stalled. Any peak-demand event — a coach cohort training, a corporate rollout — risked bringing the entire system down. The technology was holding back a global methodology.

High-Concurrency Hardening
Targeted remediations across pooling, queueing and the process model took the platform from around 50 concurrent users to 2,000+ in production. One staging burst test rehearsed the end-to-end flow before that: 100% flow success up to 900 users, stress behaviour observed at 1,000 users in that staging run — a single rehearsal on staging hardware, not the production capacity figure.
